Saif A. Siddiqui is the founder and managing partner of The Siddiqui Law Firm. He began his career in 2008 as an associate at The Roberts Law Firm where he successfully represented numerous clients, both at mediation and at trial, in a variety of legal matters.

At The Roberts Law Firm, Saif's significant achievements included:

• Defending a large church in a dispute with a rival church over title to a multi-million dollar property.
  After attempting to mediate a settlement, he ultimately helped secure judgment at trial awarding full title to the disputed property while securing the dismissal of all the plaintiffs' claims.
   
• Helping secure a large settlement in favor of a corporation against a major bank that had negligently honored checks illegally drafted by a former employee.
   
• Negotiating a six-figure settlement on behalf of a couple injured in a severe drunk driving accident.
   
• Assisting in securing a large settlement against the landlord on behalf of a client who was severely injured after the collapse of a negligently maintained railing at the home of a tenant.
   
• Helping secure a six-figure settlement on behalf of an injured longshoreman working at The Port of Houston.

Saif obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center and has been admitted to the Bar in Texas. At the Law Center, Saif defended underprivileged juveniles in delinquency and dependency hearings as a Student Attorney. In this capacity, he represented his clients’ interests in district court by mediating with prosecutors on their behalf and successfully negotiating adoption and placement proceedings. Furthermore, Saif was elected as a class representative to the Student Bar Association and was the founder and first president of LawHorns, a legal society catering to UT graduates that remains one of the largest and most popular organizations at the institution.

Saif completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin where he earned degrees in Economics and Italian and was inducted into the Gamma Beta Phi Honor Society as well as the Gamma Kappa Alpha National Italian Honor Society. At UT, he interned at MAK Interests, a respected commercial brokerage, and at BNP Paribas, a multi-national bank where he worked on developing corporate strategies for emerging markets at their office in Bangalore, India. Saif also worked as a financial representative at Northwestern Mutual, and is an alumnus of the Alpha Kappa Psi professional business fraternity.

Born in Houston, Saif has also lived in Korea, England, India, Italy, Malta and Malaysia and is fluent in Italian, French, Urdu and Hindi. This unique life experience has made him particularly attuned to a number of differing cultural and demographic perspectives and instilled in him a social conscience that he applies to his legal career. In addition to law, Saif is a professional scale model builder, plays the drums and has a passion for politics, travel, skiing, mountain biking and art.
